IUYF 1st World Championship will be selected in male as well as in female category. Best two from each group (i.e. sub junior, junior and senior boys and girls) will be taken on the basis of their performance in athletic Yoga. They will be given 5 Asanas of Judges choice to perform and two voluntary Asanas of their choice. On this basis one best champion will be selected in male as well as in female category. Special award will be given to both the champions. They will also be sent to foreign country to represent Indian Yoga delegation.
For each competition there will be 1 Superior Judge, 4 judges, 1 Time Keeper, 2 Scorer and 1 Referee to conduct the competition and evaluate the performance
Participants born after June will be moved to the next age category. This ensures fair competition by grouping participants with similar physical development.
A 9-year-old competitor born in July will compete in the 10-year-old category, while a 9-year-old born in May will remain in the 9-year-old category.
All participants must provide birth certificates or government-issued ID to verify age category placement. Documents should be submitted during registration.
Age categories are strictly enforced to maintain competitive integrity. Please ensure you register in the correct category to avoid disqualification.

The first day establishes the spiritual foundation of our championship, reminding participants that competitive yoga remains deeply rooted in cultural tradition and holistic wellness. Attendees will receive a special commemorative journal to document their three-day journey.
The second day marks the beginning of our competitive events, where athletes will demonstrate extraordinary physical mastery, precision, and concentration across multiple categories. Competitors have trained for years to reach this pinnacle of achievement.
Sports Yoga preliminary rounds will showcase athletes performing standardized sequences judged on precision, balance, strength, and flexibility. Competitors must maintain perfect form while demonstrating controlled breathing and mental focus throughout their routines.
Adult categories (ages 18-54) will execute advanced Syllabus Asanas featuring increased difficulty elements. Judges will evaluate competitors on execution perfection, hold duration, transition smoothness, and overall presentation quality. Many participants have competed internationally in previous championships.
Junior categories (ages 8-17) will perform Syllabus Asanas—predetermined sequences designed to showcase developmental appropriateness and technical mastery. These young athletes represent the future of competitive yoga and often demonstrate remarkable abilities that rival their adult counterparts.
The day concludes with rigorous judges' deliberation and scoring tabulation. Our internationally certified judging panel includes former champions, master instructors, and technical experts who ensure fair and consistent evaluation using the IUYF standardized scoring system.

Competitors must arrive 90 minutes before their scheduled performance time for registration verification and warm-up. The competition floor features specially designed mats with alignment markers to aid judges in technical evaluation.
Our championship culminates in a spectacular display of yoga's most creative and challenging expressions. The final day celebrates artistic innovation, group synchronization, and elite mastery as we crown our inaugural world champions.

Only the best of the best. Requires medal placement in at least two categories. Winner receives the IUYF Diamond Trophy.

Each category uses the IUYF scoring system: Execution (40%), Difficulty (30%), Artistic Impression (20%), Philosophy (10%). Scores are displayed live on digital leaderboards.
